Claydon Business Park  is just 6 miles West of Ipswich town centre and 9 miles East of Stowmarket. Its proximity to the A14 (J52) makes it ideally situated for main road access to both Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds, Diss and Norwich, via the A140 as well as Colchester and the south via the A12 at Copdock. The location also offers staff a more peaceful location in the rural Suffolk setting, with only a 10 to15 minute walk to Claydon Village centre and a range of local amenities.

Access to the Business Park is available to tenants on a 24/7 basis*. The Business Park is closed to the public during weekday evenings from 7:00p.m. and over the weekends from 1:00p.m. Saturday to 6:00a.m. Monday.
